To use, dip your eyeshadow brush into the cap and swirl a tiny quantity of loose shadow around. We recommend either the Essential Blender Dual-Ended Eye Brush or the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush. Use a sweeping motion to remove any stray 3 buff off your eyelashes.

Wet Application

Add a bit of water to the shadow's top, then a dusting of eyeshadow, and spray. Use the bigger end of the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush to mix the eyeshadow and water, then buff the mixture onto your eyelids.
