Ordering and Payment
A: To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and
follow the checkout process.
Shipping and Delivery
A: We do our best to ship every order on the same day. Every order for in-stock
items placed on business days up to 3:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) is generally shipped the same day. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email within one business day to give you more information about the situation.
Orders over $50.00 will receive free expedited shipping in the contiguous (lower48) the United States. These items should arrive in 2-6 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed after 3 pm EST time will ship the next business day. Oversized / Overload items should arrive in 3-10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
