Creamy Blendable Formula

Formulated with priming ingredients, these lip liners can be used directly on the lips to prime for color and increase its wear, or after lipstick to define a clear, concise statement. The formula is creamy and easy to combine. Priming components assist avoid transfer resistance, resulting in an outstanding foundation that maintains its rich color for a longer period of time.

The colors are adaptable and may be used with either the Statement Luxe-Shine Lipstick or the Statement Matte Liquid Lipcolor to create a variety of looks. It is possible to sharpen the pencil. Free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates all at the same time.

Use BareMinerals Statement Under Over Lip Liner under your lipstick or liquid lip color to make them last longer, or use it on top to give your lips more definition. Before sharpening, placing the Under Over Lip Liner in the freezer for one to two minutes will allow for greater control when outlining.

Maintaining the sharpness of the tip will ensure that you get the most accurate results. Under Over Lip Liner is compatible with both traditional sharpeners for lip pencils and the sharpener that comes with Round the Clock Intense Cream-Glide Eyeliner.
